Basketball Game Preview: SEED vs. Central Falcons

SEED and the Central Falcons will round out the year against one another at at 9:30 a.m. on Friday. Central took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on SEED, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with six defeats in a row dating back to last season, SEED turned things around against Cristo Rey Jesuit on Wednesday. They walked away with a 44-32 victory over the Hornets. SEED's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

SEED found their leader in sophomore Kahmani Gaither, who posted 20 points and five rebounds. Morgan Jackson was another key player, putting up nine points and five rebounds.

Meanwhile, Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 49-10 loss at the hands of La Plata.

SEED's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.
