Baseball Recap: Handley Wins Going Away Against Talladega

Fans were treated to a battle of the Tigers on Tuesday. Handley put the hurt on Talladega with a sharp 20-1 victory. Considering Handley has won seven matches by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Zae Dunson was incredible, going 2-for-4 with five RBI, three runs, and one triple. Those five RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Alex Busbin, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Handley is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Talladega, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-16.

Looking ahead, Handley will challenge Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Talladega, they will take on Handley at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
