Basketball Recap: McClain Comes Up Short

McClain was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 58-25 loss at the hands of the Jackson Ironman/Ironladies. The game marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

McClain's loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Jackson, their win bumped their record up to 12-3.

Looking ahead, McClain will square off against Fairfield at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Lions will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Jackson, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 44-39 win against Waverly on the 31st.
