Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only West Cabarrus walked away with it. They were the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over the Cox Mill Chargers on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but West Cabarrus sure are getting used to it with their 23rd in a row.

They hit Cox Mill with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Richard Bernal-Sandoval, Ayden Torres, Sebastian Mendoza, and Axel Flores.

West Cabarrus' victory bumped their record up to 24-1. As for Cox Mill, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-9-4.

As of now, neither West Cabarrus nor the Chargers have any future games scheduled.
