Volleyball Recap: Grapevine Faith Christian Takes a Loss

Grapevine Faith Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Lubbock Christian Eagles.

Grapevine Faith Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Lubbock Christian, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.

Grapevine Faith Christian will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Legacy Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on September 2. As for Lubbock Christian, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Liberty Christian on the 23rd.
