Presidio lost against Kermit back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Presidio Blue Devils took a 30-23 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kermit Yellow Jackets. The Blue Devils' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Kermit was led to victory by Aleixa Lara and Leylani Quiroz. Lara posted ten points in addition to eight rebounds and four steals, while Quiroz had six points and five boards. That's the most boards Lara has posted since back in January of 2024.

Presidio's defeat dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Kermit, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Presidio has already played their next game (against Denver City), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Kermit has also has no score uploaded for their next match, this one against Brownfield.
