Baseball Recap: Pandora-Gilboa Takes a Loss

The matchup between Pandora-Gilboa and Miller City on Tuesday hardly resembled the 1-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Rockets lost 18-1 to the Wildcats. The defeat leaves the Rockets still looking for their first win of the season.

Pandora-Gilboa saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nolan Leatherman, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one run. Jacob Geren also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Pandora-Gilboa's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Miller City, they pushed their record up to 10-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Pandora-Gilboa will head out to face off against Arcadia at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Miller City, they will welcome Leipsic at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
