Sheridan took a three-goal loss the last time they faced off against Heath, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Generals skirted past the Bulldogs 3-2. Sheridan better thank their lucky stars for the performance of Xavior Weisbarth-Rodgriguez, as he scored every single goal for his team.

Sheridan's win ended a three-match drought at home and bumped them up to 6-8. As for Heath, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-6.

Looking ahead, Sheridan will square off against Liberty Union at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Heath, they will welcome Horizon Science Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
