Basketball Game Preview: Star Valley Braves vs. Jackson Hole Broncs

The Star Valley Braves will head out on the road to face off against the Jackson Hole Broncs at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Star Valley has four straight victories, Jackson Hole has 13 straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Last Saturday, Star Valley earned a 57-47 win over Riverton.

Meanwhile, Jackson Hole came up short against Evanston on Saturday and fell 61-52.

Star Valley's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-9. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.3 points per game. As for Jackson Hole, their loss dropped their record down to 0-12.

Star Valley came up short against Jackson Hole in their previous meeting back in March of 2024, falling 48-42. Can Star Valley avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
