Valley View has struggled against Waynesville recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Megan Coleman and Lily Bell stepped up to the plate in a big way. Coleman went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double, while Bell got on base in three of her five plate appearances with one run and one double.
