Leo waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran Cadets by a score of 2-0. The Lions have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Cadets, too.

The 2-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 28-26, 25-22.

Lucas Stetzel paced Leo's offense, picking up six kills. Stetzel got some help from Riley Murphy and his ten assists. Brady Simpson controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Leo's win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-3 record.

Leo wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-2 victory against Fort Wayne North Side on the 21st. As for Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against East Noble on the 21st.
