Dover put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Mayflower Eagles 57-29. The Pirates have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 23 contests by 21 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Logan Young, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 14 boards. That's the most rebounds she has posted since back in February of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Kadee Keaster, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and nine boards.

Dover smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in four consecutive matches.

Dover's victory was their 16th straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 25-0. As for Mayflower, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-9.

Dover didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 63-17 win against Harmony Grove on the 4th. As for Mayflower, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 54-49 defeat against Baptist Prep on the 4th.
