Bishop Noland Episcopal Day extended their winning streak (dating back to last season) to 11 on Thursday, bumping them up to 3-0. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Acadiana Christian Lions 56-18. Fans of the Eagles have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bishop Noland Episcopal Day to victory, but perhaps none more so than Remy Washington, who posted 12 points in addition to eight boards and three steals. Those 12 points gave Washington a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Kollin Jackson, who shot 75% from the field to rack up 14 points along with five assists and three steals.

Bishop Noland Episcopal Day was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Acadiana Christian only posted three.

As for Acadiana Christian, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Acadiana Christian's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Brent Henry, who scored four points and three steals, and Gunner Robin, who put up three points and five rebounds.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bishop Noland Episcopal Day will take on Southwest Louisiana HomeSchool at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Acadiana Christian, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Immanuel Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
