Michigan Center gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 42-0 win over the Onsted Wildcats. This was payback for the Cardinals, who suffered a 42-17 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Michigan Center will challenge Columbia Central at 7:00 p.m. on September 5. As for Onsted, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Dundee at 7:00 p.m. on September 5. The match will give the Wildcats their first taste of in-conference action this season.
