Baseball Game Preview: Coastal Christian Centurions vs. John Paul II Catholic Saints

Coastal Christian is 0-8 against John Paul II Catholic since March of 2021 but things could change on Tuesday. The Coastal Christian Centurions will take on the John Paul II Catholic Saints at 4:30 p.m. Coastal Christian has given up an average of 15 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.

Meanwhile, John Paul II Catholic came up short against Varsity Opponent on Thursday, falling 16-5.

Kaden Knight made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 1-for-2. What's more, he posted two RBI, the most he's had since back in March of 2024.

John Paul II Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Coastal Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

Coastal Christian suffered a grim 9-1 defeat to John Paul II Catholic in their previous matchup back in May of 2024. Can Coastal Christian avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
