Basketball Recap: Grayling Snaps Seven-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Grayling entered their game against Harbor Springs on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Grayling Vikings took a hard 54-38 fall against the Harbor Springs Rams. While losing is never fun, the Vikings can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 179th, while the Rams are ranked 42nd).

Grayling's loss ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 5-3. As for Harbor Springs, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-1.

Grayling will challenge Cheboygan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Harbor Springs, they will be playing at home against Elk Rapids at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Elk Rapids will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Harbor Springs surely won't give up without a fight.
