Baseball Recap: West Forsyth Takes Down Ardrey Kell in a Playoff Battle

West Forsyth had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Ardrey Kell Knights 4-3. For the Titans, this counts as revenge for the 10-3 win the Knights walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2018.

West Forsyth's victory bumped their record up to 21-4. As for Ardrey Kell, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-11.

Coming up, West Forsyth will look to defend their home field on Friday against Reagan at 6:30 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Titans 2.6, the Raiders 2.2) so any runs scored will be well earned. Ardrey Kell does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
