Rich had to skate by with only a three-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 24-point drubbing they dealt Altamont on Saturday. The Rich Rebels were the clear victor by a 59-35 margin over the Altamont Longhorns. The Rebels have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 20 points or more this season.

Paige Smith went supernova for Rich, going 6 for 13 on her way to 15 points along with eight boards and three steals. Another player making a difference was Braylyn Pugmire, who went 6 of 9 en route to 14 points and eight rebounds.

Rich smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in three consecutive contests.

Rich's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.5 points per game. As for Altamont, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.

Rich has already played their next game (against Tintic), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Altamont will host Duchesne at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Duchesne will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Altamont surely won't give up without a fight.
