Basketball Game Preview: Hamilton Lions vs. West Lowndes Panthers + How To Watch

Hamilton is 1-7 against West Lowndes since January of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Lions will square off against the Panthers at 7:00 p.m.

Hamilton is headed into the game having just suffered their biggest defeat since January 17th on Monday. They were dealt a 66-31 loss at the hands of North Pontotoc. The loss put an end to the Lions' undefeated start to the season.

Meanwhile, West Lowndes beat Caledonia 69-60 on Tuesday.

Hamilton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-1. As for West Lowndes, they now also have a winning record of 2-1.

Hamilton won a matchup that couldn't have been any closer in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, slipping by West Lowndes 40-39. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Lions since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
