Basketball Recap: Annapolis Area Christian Takes a Loss

Annapolis Area Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Glenelg Country Dragons. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Eagles were not able to get on the board.

Annapolis Area Christian's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Glenelg Country, their win bumped their record up to 3-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Annapolis Area Christian will host Beth Tfiloh at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Beth Tfiloh's defense has only allowed 24 points per game this season, so Annapolis Area Christian's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Glenelg Country, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Bryn Mawr at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
