LeRoy came tearing into Thursday's matchup with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Fieldcrest Knights. That's more bragging rights for the Panthers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-16.

LeRoy's victory bumped their record up to 12-2. As for Fieldcrest, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-4-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. LeRoy will take on rival Ridgeview at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Fieldcrest is set to challenge their familiar foe Eureka at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
