Basketball Game Preview: Oregon-Davis Bobcats vs. Culver Community Cavaliers

The Oregon-Davis Bobcats will face off against the Culver Community Cavaliers at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Oregon-Davis has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Oregon-Davis is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They walked away with a 62-54 win over South Central on Thursday. The score was all tied up 22-22 at the break, but the Bobcats were the better team in the second half.

Meanwhile, Culver Community was able to grind out a solid victory over West Central on Thursday, taking the game 37-29. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cavaliers.

Culver Community has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.3 points per game. As for Oregon-Davis, their win bumped their record up to 12-9.

Oregon-Davis might still be hurting after the 62-37 loss they got from Culver Community when the teams last played back in December of 2024. Can Oregon-Davis avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
