Volleyball Recap: Chloe Canada's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Tri-West Hendricks over Normal University

Tri-West Hendricks's tournament run continued when they took on Normal University on Saturday. The Bruins took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pioneers. The Bruins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tri-West Hendricks lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Chloe Canada, who had eight digs.

Tri-West Hendricks' loss dropped their record down to 15-5. As for Normal University, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.

Tri-West Hendricks wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Libertyville on the 13th. As for Normal University, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Jacksonville on the 16th.
