On Saturday Skyline's undefeated season almost came to an end. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 4-3 W against the Westwood Warriors. The four-run effort marked the Coyotes' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.
Skyline got a great performance from Thor Pelczarski as he struck out seven batters over 6.1 innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits (and only one walk).
On the hitting side, Skyline's win was truly a team effort as two different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Jackson Sasser, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.
