It's playoff time, and Springville had no trouble coming through when it counted. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Spanish Fork Dons 49-14. Considering the Red Devils have won six games by more than 27  points this season, Friday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Tua Naufahu was  his usual excellent self, rushing for 102 yards and three  touchdowns on only ten carries, while also catching one  score. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up  0.5  sacks, making 11 total tackles,  and defending one pass.  Lisiate Valeti also helped out as he racked up 101 rushing yards.
 They were just one part of a punishing run game: Springville was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 265  rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  rushed for at least 234  rushing yards in five consecutive  matchups.
 Special teams also played a big role in the game for Springville, adding 13 points to the final score. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of  Zachary Henderson, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown.
 When it comes to explaining why Spanish Fork lost, don't look at  Nixon Warren. Despite the final result, he picked up 83 receiving yards and one  TD, and also rushed for 42 yards. Warren's longest reception was for an incredible 75 yards.
Springville's record now sits at 10-1. As for Spanish Fork, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record  this season.
 Springville will face off against Box Elder at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday. The Bees will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  win, something the Red Devils surely won't give up without a fight. Spanish Fork does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
