Arlington waltzed into their game on Tuesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They never let the Carmel Rams get on the board and left with a 6-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 20-12 two weeks ago.

Arlington was led to victory by Chase Harris and Gianna Martin. Harris rushed for 76 yards and one TD on only nine carries, while Martin rushed for 88 yards on only 12 carries.

Arlington pushed their record up to 9-5 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 7.8 points on average over those games. As for Carmel, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Arlington is set to face off against their familiar foe Ossining at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Carmel will take on rival Yorktown at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Rams 8, the Huskers 7.2) so any points scored will be well earned.
