Basketball Recap: Springwood Victorious

Springwood picked up another tournament win on Thursday. They came out on top against the Clarke Prep Gators by a score of 40-32. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

Tori Patillo continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 7-for-11 to rack up 17 points. She is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as she's posted one of at least 50% in the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Shalexia Little, who went 5-for-7 en route to 10 points.

Springwood's victory bumped their record up to 19-1. As for Clarke Prep, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Springwood has already played their next match, a 49-29 win against Lowndes Academy on the 14th. Clarke Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
