Michigan Lutheran Seminary had to kick off their season on the road on Thursday, but they showed no ill effects. They blew past the Laingsburg Wolfpack 42-0. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Cardinals had established a 35-point advantage.

Michigan Lutheran Seminary's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Noah Reif led the charge by rushing for 100 yards and one score. Reif also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making seven total tackles (1.5 for loss) and defending one pass. Brady Teske was another key rusher, rushing for 83 yards and one touchdown.
