Basketball Recap: Ola Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Ola lost against Woodland back in November of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Ola Mustangs lost to the Woodland Wolfpack on the road by a 62-43 margin. The Mustangs were down 56-29 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Ola's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-3. As for Woodland, their victory bumped their record up to 7-4.

Ola will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Union Grove at 6:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Woodland, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 72-29 win against Johnson on the 27th.
