Volleyball Recap: Springfield Comes Up Short

Springfield lost against Clarksville back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Yellow Jackets lost 3-0 to the Wildcats. The Yellow Jackets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-7, 25-10.

Reagan Steinsultz was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had ten digs and four assists. That's the most assists she has posted over her last nine games.

Springfield's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Clarksville, the win keeps them at an undefeated 13-0.

Looking ahead, Springfield will look to defend their home court on Monday against White House-Heritage at 5:00 p.m. As for Clarksville, they will take on Merrol Hyde Magnet in a tournament on Saturday.
