Basketball Recap: Leetonia Takes a Loss

Leetonia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt a 76-39 defeat at the hands of the Bristol Panthers.

Leetonia's record now sits at 5-18. As for Bristol, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season.

Leetonia does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bristol, they will be taking part in a tournament against Central Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Bristol is on a six-game streak of home wins, Central Christian a three-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court.
