Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rector). They took their matchup on Thursday with ease, bagging a 69-38 win over the Cross County Thunderbirds. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Cougars as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

The win got Rector back to even at 7-7. As for Cross County, they moved to 6-12 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
