On Monday, Winston Academy beat East Rankin Academy 7-3. The victory continues a trend for Winston Academy in their matchups with East Rankin Academy: they've now won six in a row.

The team relied heavily on Reed Yates, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double. Ben Caperton was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
