Reeds Spring has gone a perfect 8-0 against Crane recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Wolves will take on the Pirates at 5:00 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty run totals in their previous games.

Reeds Spring lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Clever, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Thursday's contest. The Wolves put the hurt on the Blue Jays with a sharp 18-9 victory on Thursday. That nine-run margin sets a new team best for the Wolves this season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Crane). They never let Niangua get on the board and left with a 26-0 win on Thursday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Pirates as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Crane's win bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Reeds Spring, their victory bumped their record up to 4-7.

Reeds Spring was able to grind out a solid win over Crane in their previous meeting back in April of 2025, winning 12-8. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wolves since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
