The Sierra Linda Bulldogs will head out to challenge the Shadow Mountain Matadors at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Sierra Linda will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each game than the last.

Sierra Linda's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They breezed past Washington to the tune of 40-0. That 40 point margin sets a new team best for the Bulldogs this season.

Jordan Quijada had another great game (as he tends to do), picking up 195 receiving yards and a pair of scores. Michael Fulton also helped out with an impressive 88 receiving yards.

Sierra Linda didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Brandon Hadnot and Jordan Solano. Hadnot got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Meanwhile, it may have taken double overtime to finish the job, but Shadow Mountain ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 22-20 win over Kingman. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Matadors.

Shadow Mountain now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Sierra Linda, their record is now 4-0.
