Basketball Game Preview: Ingleside Mustangs vs. Rockport-Fulton Pirates

Ingleside and Rockport-Fulton are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2020, but not for long. The Ingleside Mustangs will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Rockport-Fulton Pirates at 6:15 p.m. Ingleside is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

Last Friday, Ingleside had to suffer through a 49-18 loss at the hands of Sinton. The matchup marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Rockport-Fulton was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap last Friday as they fell 46-41 to Sinton.

Rockport-Fulton now has a losing record at 9-10. As for Ingleside, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-12.

Ingleside strolled past Rockport-Fulton in their previous matchup on January 3rd by a score of 55-41. Will Ingleside repeat their success, or does Rockport-Fulton have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
