Licking had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came out on top against the Plato Eagles by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Wildcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Licking easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-16.

Licking's victory bumped their record up to 10-13-4. As for Plato, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 3-7 record.

Licking didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Summersville on the 7th. As for Plato, they will square off against Willow Springs at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
