Soccer Recap: Irving Takes a Loss

Irving lost against Beacon back in September of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Irving fell 2-0 to Beacon. That's two games in a row now that Irving has lost by exactly two goals.

Irving's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Beacon, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Irving is set to square off against their familiar foe Martin Luther King Jr Educational Campus at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Beacon will take on rival Stuyvesant at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
