Volleyball Recap: University Prep Takes a Tough Playoff Loss + How To Watch

University Prep and Bear River squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but University Prep had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Bruins. Considering the last time the Panthers couldn't score was back in August, the team can't take the result too hard.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-18, 25-16.

Audrey Berg paced University Prep's offense, picking up 12 kills. Berg got some help from Addison Maikranz and her 22 assists.

University Prep's loss ended a five-match streak of away wins and brought them to 30-9. As for Bear River, they are on a roll lately: they've won 30 of their last 32 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 38-6 record this season.

University Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bear River, they will be playing at home against Immanuel at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
