Heritage Christian is headed into the contest after thoroughly thrashing Bishop Machebeuf: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Heritage Christian blew Bishop Machebeuf out of the water with a 68-39 final score. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Loveland Classical, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They walked away with a 40-31 win over Twin Peaks Classical Academy on Wednesday.

Heritage Christian pushed their record up to 13-2 with the victory, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 21.8 points over those games. As for Loveland Classical, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season.
