Baseball Recap: Navarro Comes Up Short

Navarro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 14-6 to the Cedar Creek Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 last Tuesday.

Navarro's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Cedar Creek, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-11.

Coming up, Navarro will be playing in front of their home fans against Liberal Arts & Science Academy - Austin at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cedar Creek, they will take on McCallum at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
