Baseball Recap: Washington Tech Comes Up Short

Washington Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Highland Park Scots, falling 12-0. The match marked the first time this year in which the Eagles were not able to get on the board.

Washington Tech now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Highland Park, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-1.

Highland Park has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Edison on the 6th. Hopefully Washington Tech paid attention to the Scots' game: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Scots at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
