Soccer Recap: Walker Takes a Loss

Walker was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the Woodlawn-B.R. Panthers, falling 7-1. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Walker's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Woodlawn-B.R., the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-8-1.

Walker will host Live Oak at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. Woodlawn-B.R. has already played their next match (against Baton Rouge), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
