Baseball Recap: Roosevelt Takes a Loss

Roosevelt lost against Valley Stream Central on Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Roughriders might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 11-1 to the Eagles, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Roughriders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Roosevelt's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Valley Stream Central, the win keeps they at an undefeated 6-0-1.

Roosevelt does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Valley Stream Central, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 8-1 victory against West Hempstead on the 16th.
