Volleyball Recap: Lingle-Fort Laramie Comes Up Short

Lingle-Fort Laramie and Little Snake River squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Lingle-Fort Laramie had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Rattlers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rattlers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.

Skyla Wunder paced Lingle-Fort Laramie's offense, picking up five kills. Wunder really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with seven. Anna Frederick controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Lingle-Fort Laramie has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-13 record this season. As for Little Snake River, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 28-3.

Lingle-Fort Laramie has already played their next match (against Upton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Little Snake River also has no score uploaded for their next matchup, this one against Burlington.
