Softball Recap: Forestview Jaguars vs. Cherryville Ironmen
Forestview might've scored the first runs on Tuesday, but it was Cherryville who claimed the real prize. The Forestview Jaguars fell just short of the Cherryville Ironmen by a score of 8-7. If the Jaguars were looking for revenge after losing 10-7 to the Ironmen when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.
Lily Cabe and Kaitlyn Baker did some serious damage despite the final result: Cabe went 1-for-2 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI, while Baker scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-3.
