Soccer Game Preview: Highland Park vs. Glenbrook North

Highland Park is 0-9 against Glenbrook North since April of 2015 but things could change on Tuesday. The Giants will head out to face off against the Spartans at 5:00 p.m.

Highland Park came up short against Maine South on Tuesday, falling 4-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Highland Park were already down 3-0.

Meanwhile, Glenbrook North kept a clean sheet against Niles West on Tuesday. They came out on top against Wolves by a score of 2-0. Given Glenbrook North's advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois soccer rankings (they are ranked tenth, while Niles West are ranked 116th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Glenbrook North is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-3-2 record this season. As for Highland Park, their loss dropped their record down to 6-12-2.
