Football Game Preview: Isabella Mustangs vs. Highland Home Flying Squadron + How To Watch

The Isabella Mustangs will square off against the Highland Home Flying Squadron at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Isabella will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

On Friday, Isabella was able to grind out a solid win over Billingsley, taking the game 28-16. That 12 point margin sets a new team best for the Mustangs this season.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Highland Home, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. They walked away with a 26-18 victory over Brantley on Thursday. The win continues a trend for the Flying Squadron in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won three in a row.

Isabella better keep an eye on Brody Phillips. He was instrumental in Highland Home's win, rushing for 152 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries. Phillips has become a key player for the Flying Squadron: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.

Highland Home was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 271 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in November of 2024.

The victory got Isabella back to even at 3-3. As for Highland Home, the win also got them back to even at 3-3.

Isabella was dealt a bruising 61-0 defeat at the hands of Highland Home in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Thankfully for the Mustangs, Jacorian Griffin (who rushed for 79 yards and a pair of TDs) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
