Basketball Recap: Lutheran North Takes Loss Despite Strong Performances from Adam Narr and Ben Scheuher

Lutheran North was the 65-61 winner over Divine Child when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Lutheran North Mustangs lost 72-46 to the Divine Child Falcons on Wednesday.

Lutheran North's loss came despite strong showings from Ben Scheuher and Adam Narr. Scheuher posted 16 points and six rebounds, while Narr earned 12 points. That's the most boards Scheuher has posted since back in January of 2024.

Lutheran North has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season. As for Divine Child, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-8.

Lutheran North has already played their next match, a 57-44 defeat against Loyola on the 31st. As for Divine Child, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 66-20 victory against Greenhills on the 31st.
