Basketball Recap: Chugiak Takes a Loss

After flying high against Bettye Davis East Anchorage last Tuesday, Chugiak came back down to earth. The Chugiak Mustangs lost 62-37 to the Hutchison Hawks on Friday.

Chugiak's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Hutchison, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chugiak will square off against West Anchorage at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hutchison, they will face off against Delta at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Hutchison is facing Delta at the right time seeing as Delta is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
